Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on method based on the principles of energetic bodywork. By activating 32 points on the head, electromagnetic charges that contain limitations and negative thought patterns are released. This process allows you to dissolve limiting beliefs and thinking patterns, creating space for more clarity, peace, and joy in your life.
The One-Day Class:
The Access Bars Day Course is the perfect introduction for anyone who wants to experience the benefits of this amazing technique. As a certified Access Bars Facilitator, I will explain to you the basics of the technique. You will receive practical instructions and have the opportunity to practice the method yourself.
What to expect:
Theoretical foundations: Understand the philosophy behind Access Bars, how the points on the head work, and how the technique affects the body and mind.
Practical demonstrations: I will show you step by step how to activate the points and answer your questions.
Mutual exchange: You will not only learn the technique, but also practice it and exchange sessions with other participants. You will give 2 sessions and receive 2 sessions.
Transformative experience: During the course, experience deep relaxation and notice how tension and worries dissolve.
Certificate: After completing the day course, you will receive an official certificate as an Access Bars Practitioner. This enables you to start practicing right away and offer paid sessions.
